Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 45-day return policy from the time of purchase.  If more than 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For any return due to defect, please explain the issue or defect via email so we can pass those notes along to our manufacturer.  We need to account for quality control so we can ensure the best products are delivered to you.  Please email: info@princessclub.io

Please note: You will need to send your return to our address: 94-1221 Ka Uka Blvd #108-165, Waipio, HI 96797.  Do not send it back to the manufacturer as they will NOT be able to issue you a credit or refund.

DETAILS OF OUR RETURN POLICY

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Items Not Available for Refund
🚫 Jewelry with Custom Engraving - due to the nature of personalization custom engraving provides, we aren't able to offer refunds - however if you received a defective item, please let us know so that we can correct the situation.
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Any items with custom engraving unless there was an engraving error due to the manufacturer, then you may request a replacement item

Replacements/Exchanges
🗸 Any jewelry without custom engraving is eligible for a replacement of the same item within 45-days onlyif the original item you received is defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds
We will send an email when we issue a credit, but please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted -- please contact your credit card company or bank to see the turn-around times for refund processing.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

Please note: If the item wasn’t marked as a "gift" when purchased or if the gift purchaser originally shipped the item to themselves prior to giving it to you, the refund will be credit back to the original method of payment.  (i.e. the purchaser will find out about your return).

Mailing Your Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to 94-1221 Ka Uka Blvd #108-165, Waipio, HI 96797

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  However, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that are processing your request.

It is strongly advised that you get tracking for your return, as we cannot track your returns for you.  You will need to contact your local post office if we did not receive your returned item. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it is best to ensure that you are protected with tracking and/or insurance.
